Frustrated with restricted class schedules or fighting for machines at a busy gym? Look no further!
Paramount's TRAINING HALL are the perfect blend of STRENGTH, CONDITIONING, & MOBILITY elements.

TRAINING HALL is a 75-Minute Coached Strength Training Session - going at your own pace!

Enjoy a blend of compound/strength lifts, body building accessory work for longevity & joint health, accompanied with occassional conditioning, sprint work, & daily mobility.

The Coach is on the floor for 75 Minute sessions, but you can come in early, stay a little later, come & go as you please! No more needing to worry about fitting a specific class time to your busy schedule - no need to worry about "running late." Choose the components on the program you'd like to prioritize & simply work at your own pace!
The Coach is there to guide you through every step of your sessions, helping you modify as needed, staying safe & making progress.

YOGA CLASSES! offered two evenings per week: HATHA & YIN Coach-Led Classes Available - the perfect compliment to your strength training work.
HATHA - Wednesdays 8PM
YIN - Sundays 7PM

Because we prioritize safe & quality movements, new members are required to complete our FUNDAMENTALS SESSIONS (Personal Training Sessions with a Coach), before starting our Strength & Conditioning Program. These sessions are to help you feel more comfortable & confident jumping in; making it the best experience possible for you!

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
