Depending on which program you choose, we do require a Fundamentals Package before starting your group sessions. At Paramount, we prioritize technique, safety, and quality movement over anything else.
For these reasons, we require all athletes to attend our Fundamentals Sessions to ensure everyone is on the same page, moving well, and staying injury free.
CrossFit Fundamentals – Seven 60 Minute 1:1 Training Sessions (Most Comprehensive) or Six 30 Minute 1:1 Training Sessions
Weightlifting Fundamentals – Three 1:1 Training Sessions
