A proper strength training program for youth can increase muscle strength and endurance, help protect muscles and joints from sports-related injuries, improve performance in nearly any sport and develop proper techniques that the athlete can continue to use as he or she grows older.
Every program is designed to address proper weightlifting form and technique first. From there, athletes can begin to develop general strength and training for their sport in a safe environment under the watchful eye of a certified coach.
