Youth Weightlifting Class. Paramount's Youth Class is a 3x/week 45-minute class to help kids learn and develop proper motor patterns, gain strength, and improve speed, while learning olympic style lifts; perfect for any skill level, Ages 7-12. Special Rates Available.

[SPORTS PERFORMANCE] Teen Athlete Development Program. Athletes receive a workout program tailored to their goals/sport and train at their own pace during our coached hours.
