[SPORTS PERFORMANCE] Teen Athlete Development Program. Athletes receive a workout program tailored to their goals/sport and train at their own pace during our coached hours.
Youth Weightlifting Class. Paramount's Youth Class is a one day week 60-minute class to help kids learn and develop proper motor patterns, gain strength, and improve speed, while learning olympic style lifts; perfect for any skill level, ages 6-12.
