For years now, I’ve been developing programming for athletes with great results. Recently, I created Paramount Competitors, a competitive CrossFit program on TrainHeroic, to make my programming more accessible.
Paramount Competitors is a well-balanced program designed for athletes ready to take their fitness to the next level. Using clear and concise instructions on what’s expected for each days work, I explain how to perform the strength and accessory work correctly. The program is also designed to be used by gyms for their regular class programming, giving them their own leaderboards on the TrainHeroic app. It even allows for competitive athletes at the same gym to continue on and get in extra work. Everything flows really well so gyms can keep their communities together, even when they have athletes with extra needs.
Paramount Competitors has been thoroughly tested for flow and results before being offered to the public. We have more than thirty athletes of all levels and ages following this program with great results! This includes regional athletes, masters athletes and even athletes new to the competitive scene. Everything in the program is simple, basic and effective without requiring any odd training tools. The program runs in 6-week mini cycles with deload weeks and test out phases every 12-18 weeks. The volume has been proven to be moderately high but not so much that athletes get burned out or over train.
