REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, checks, and cash. Payments being made by check or cash must be made in person, otherwise, please use our online portal.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS, HOLDS, & REFUNDS
All membership purchases are final.
Recurring Membership Cancellation Policy
Recurring memberships may be canceled with 30-days written notice if there are no outstanding contracts or commitments. Members with outstanding contracts or commitments must fulfill the terms of their contract or commitment before canceling their recurring membership. Recurring memberships must be canceled no less than 30 days before the next billing due date or one additional membership term may be charged.
Holds will only be considered for medical or business trips for periods greater than 10 days.
CLASS CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS
Missed Classes Policy
There are no refunds, transfers, make-ups or deferments for missed classes.
Paramount Strength & Conditioning reserves the right to cancel any class for any reason. If you have questions, or would like to transfer or cancel membership, please contact us.
