Classic lifts and plenty of accessory work with a side of conditioning. We run 6-12 week cycles depending on focus. There is always a focus on eliminating weaknesses through accessory work as well as general fitness in the form of light conditioning to round it out. Programming includes warm ups designed for the daily training and cool downs to jump start the recovery process. Plus we include directions on desired intent of each component with videos to show you proper form and technique as needed each day. Check out our demo video and a sample of our daily training below.
