Paramount CrossFit program delivers fitness that is broad, general and inclusive, designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of age or experience. The constantly varied style of workouts (WODs) means no boredom in the gym and members are always hungry for more! Our coaches are highly skilled in breaking down every movement, so you’ll always get a challenging workout, no matter your age or personal fitness level. Paramount Strength & Conditioning, home to Paramount Barbell Club, offers an Olympic-style weightlifting program using the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Open to beginning and experienced lifters, programs are taught by certified USAW Sports Performance Coaches to ensure proper technique, form and to maximize results at each visit. In addition to regularly scheduled classes, PSC periodically hosts Olympic Weightlifting clinics to provide athletes and coaches with an opportunity to improve and refine their techniques. PARAMOUNT WEIGHTLIFTING TEAM ONLINE PROGRAMMING
Paramount Weightlifting, available on TrainHeroic, is a well-balanced program designed for athletes ready to take their olympic weightlifting to the next level. The program is also designed to be used by clubs for their own programming, giving them their own leaderboards on the TrainHeroic app. The program runs in 6-week mini cycles with deload weeks and test out phases every 12-18 weeks. TEEN SPORTS PERFORMANCE
Paramount Teen Sports Performance is a strength and conditioning program for teens, ages 14-18, combining age-appropriate weightlifting with high intensity training to deliver optimal fitness and performance, as well as establish a lifetime love of fitness. Proper weightlifting techniques are taught, under the watchful eye of our CrossFit certified trainers, to enhance strength and power, while also focusing on increasing agility, mobility and flexibility.

Paramount Fundamentals is your personal introduction CrossFit and FitCamp, with a focus on quality of instruction, safety, technique and form, preparing you to reach your highest possible level of fitness. Completing seven 1:1 private training sessions is required prior to entry into regularly scheduled group CrossFit classes and completing two 1:1 private sessions is required prior to entry into regularly scheduled FitCamp. Adjustments may be made if you already have experience working out in a CrossFit environment.
At Paramount Strength & Conditioning, our coaches each possess a rich body of knowledge, tapping into a deep understanding of different aspects of fitness. This means our members can train and get better in many areas of fitness. Whether you choose to come once, or for a specific number of sessions, 1:1 sessions have their advantages: engage in workouts tailored specifically for you; develop greater accountability; build new skill sets; set and achieve goals, all within your schedule.
On our schedule, you’ll notice there are “Open Gym” times scheduled periodically throughout the week. Open gym (OG) is an opportunity for members to perform some independent programming, while a coach monitors their training, in an environment that doesn’t interfere with normal group classes. We do ask that, when a class or personal training is going on, you give those members first pick of equipment and space. If you think you might be in the way of a class, please ask. And most importantly, be safe—save that 1RM for class when a coach is watching!
Paramount is offering restorative and Hatha yoga. Restorative is a relaxing practice. Most of the postures are in a resting position and held for several minutes at a time to allow connective tissue to heal. The focus is on gentle stretching without strain. Hatha is a slow flow/alignment-style class which will be more active and include standing and balancing postures, with a little bit of breath work. Yoga is included with unlimited Paramount memberships, otherwise, purchase a Yoga 10-pack. You do not have to be a member of Paramount Strength & Conditioning to participate in our yoga program.
Our Lifestyle package is our most complete beginners package yet. Combining Nutrition and Training over a 6-week period you can get more sustainable results sooner! The package includes two 1:1 sessions with our nutrition coach, Jenn, with a before and after body composition analysis. We will help you get your nutrition dialed in with a customized plan. You will also get four personal training sessions with Coach Chris to learn proper form and technique on a variety of movements that we use in our classes. Then we follow it up with 15 class attendances. The package price is $499.
