Paramount FitCamp is a core strengthening and cardiovascular workout with a wide range of bodyweight exercises and light weights.

FitCamp package includes:
– 1 Assessment and Nutritional Consultation with a coach
– 3 One on one personal training sessions with a coach
– 2 Month membership to group classes 3x/week
The FitCamp program starts with a 1-hour session to learn more about you and how we can help you better. We then dive into a movement assessment to see exactly where your strengths and weaknesses are. Then we follow up with a talk about nutrition and how you can easily implement some new habits to give you a jump start on reaching your goals. The next three sessions you will be working one on one with a coach to learn all the movements you will need to know in our group classes. We want you to feel comfortable and confident when attending classes for the first time. The next step will be to join our group classes for two months where you will be working with a coach at each class. The class environment is friendly, high energy and non-intimidating – we all help and encourage one another as we push ourselves to complete the workout! FitCamp is a great way to kick start your new healthy lifestyle and empower you to do things you never thought possible!
With our barbell-free FitCamp program, you will develop your endurance, stamina, strength and speed, improving your overall fitness level. Our workouts involve bodyweight movements such as push-ups, sit-ups, squats and pull-ups; some light weightlifting movements using kettlebells, and medicine balls, as well as running, rowing and jumping rope.

FitCamp workouts are coached by our experienced and knowledgeable instructors. This means your instructor is coaching and motivating you through every workout. The coach teaches movements and then ensures that you are using proper techniques and achieving a safe and effective workout to reach and even exceed your fitness goals.
We offer a free consultation to every potential new member so you can learn more with no obligation. Our class sizes range from small to medium so you get plenty of attention from our coaches! Once you join CrossFit Paramount, you can participate in any regular FitCamp class.
