Paramount Fundamentals is your introduction to the world of CrossFit. It will prepare you to reach your highest possible level of fitness. The CrossFit Fundamentals program is seven private 1:1 sessions and the Group Fundamentals program is six sessions. Adjustments may be made if you already have experience working out in a CrossFit environment. Everything we do at Paramount Strength & Conditioning focuses on quality of instruction, safety, technique and form; therefore, attendance in our Fundamentals program is required for entry into our regular Group Classes.
