[FIT] Group Functional Fitness Class. Paramount's FIT is a coach-led functional fitness class, with universally scalable movements. If you're bored with your workout routine, look no further! FIT focuses on increasing your strength, your heart rate, and your quality of life.

A Workout Level Specific To Your Goals.
To keep everyone on track toward their individual goals, our daily workout is tailored into three categories, each with a unique purpose: Fitness, Performance, and Open.
We offer 3 subtle, yet important changes to each workout, to allow us to create the ideal training day for you, while keeping together what we know and love, our exciting group classes!

FITNESS:
Those looking to look better naked, lose body fat, maintain lean muscle-mass, and improve quality of life; eager to learn and take on new movements and challenging workouts.

PERFORMANCE:
Looking to become better at other sports or recreational activities; excited to be challenged every day inside the workouts!

OPEN:
Looking to train for competitions. This track is geared towards the goal of improving one’s scores on the competitive stage, training with specific movements and weights that are seen in competition.

How to
Get Started

INTRO SESSIONS -PERSONAL TRAINING

Never done Functional Fitness before? No Problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know in two 45-Minute Sessions. Get private one-on-one training sessions to get you up to speed on the movements and methodology. If you’ve been out of the game for a while, this is also the perfect refresher.
>>If you’re new to fitness in general, we require these sessions to ensure the safety of our members and the best experience possible. The best place to learn new skills and hone your abilities is in a one-on-one setting.
>>If you are also looking to advance up to another programming level, we require additional 1-on-1 sessions to introduce the more complex weightlifting and gymnastic movements.

JUMP RIGHT IN

If you are an experienced and are ready to jump right in, you may bypass the fundamental sessions and get your sweat on right away!
