Never done Functional Fitness before? No Problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know in four 45-Minute Sessions. Get private one-on-one training sessions to get you up to speed on the movements and methodology. If you’ve been out of the game for a while, this is also the perfect refresher.
>>If you’re new to fitness in general, we require these sessions to ensure the safety of our members and the best experience possible. The best place to learn new skills and hone your abilities is in a one-on-one setting.
>>If you are also looking to advance up to another programming level, we require additional 1-on-1 sessions to introduce the more complex weightlifting and gymnastic movements.
